Video response to the DIY Stand Alone Cd Player video By HickFromTheSticks, the CD player assembly, I took a single cd assembly like that out of a boombox and i have it hooked to my stereo and here it is in action, (Note) youll hear a little snip of an oldies song in this video this CD im using is a test cd I burned random songs on it and you will see that the song you are hearing is being played by this cd player and nothing else, to change CDs theres a switch on the back of this rig that just shuts the unit off but it can act like a reset switch to reset the players TOC (Table of contents) thats in its memory from the cd
